Esther Horst & Lori Stine of the Wellness Center at the College of Wooster discuss how the ease of use and flexibility of NueMD helps run their clinic.
Esther Horst: Wooster is a small city. The campus is about two thousand students.
Lori Stine: We have five different doctors that come down. And we also have Ob/Gyn doctors that come down- plus the counselors that we have here, the nutritionists.
Esther Horst: And it helps coordinate all the schedules of the employees and the students to be able to see the employees. And we really appreciate the scheduling abilities of the software.
Lori Stine: Sometimes our counselors' schedules get backed up. And I like the wait-list feature on the program because I can keep track of anybody that needs an appointment sooner. And then when we have a cancellation I can just check the list right on there rather than trying to keep track of it on paper or something. So I found that very helpful.

Lori Stine: I like how you can just click on the appointment time and put the name right in. You know, you don't have to remember a lot of different codes to be able to be able to schedule an appointment. It's very easy and fast.
Ester Horst: As far as the immunization module, that allows us to keep track of the students' immunizations and it'll also allow you to pull up records of when the next immunization might be due. Or what they might be lacking.
Lori Stine: I've worked at other places and have used different software. And this has been the easiest one I've ever used.
