Medical Software Support Representative

NueMD is seeking a full-time software support representative with good communication skills, knowledge of computer technology, and familiarity with the Healthcare industry to assist clients with functional questions and technical issues.


  • Understanding of medical billing, basic EDI transactions, medical office flow and industry trends,

  • Attention to detail with the ability to record and communicate information effectively,

  • Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills,

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional customer service skills,

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years experience in a related field,

  • Fluency in Spanish a plus!
