Social Media Coordinator

Atlanta-based healthcare software company has an immediate opening for a Social Media Coordinator. We are seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to join our growing department.

 

As a Social Media Coordinator you will:

  • Be responsible for NueMD’s social media and public relations outreach
  • Track new developments in social media and identify points of opportunity for NueMD to innovate and lead
  • Develop and execute broad social media strategies that support NueMD’s commitment to connecting with the healthcare industry across a variety of platforms and channels
  • Monitor all social media for buyer insight and use metrics to report regularly and consistently on comments, trends and traffic
  • Advance the company's position on social media technologies and techniques and the impact on buyer behavior

 

Additionally you will be expected to:

  • Analyze and measure results of Social Media and PR programs
  • Manage budgets and campaign ROI
  • Identify social media trends and opportunities
  • Proactively monitor social media for customer issues, questions and needs, and develop systems to quickly and effectively address them
  • Become a content expert on healthcare information technology trends
  • Support SEO (search engine optimization) objectives
  • Ensure a consistent and appropriate brand voice and tone across all communications
  • Be creative!!!

 

Desired skills & experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media roles
  • Ability to think visually/conceptually beyond the words
  • Fast-pace work style and ability to execute quickly and completely
  • A love of social media, and a curiosity about how to use the latest tools
  • A team-first spirit of collaboration and camaraderie
