ONC touts 'significant' boost in health data exchange, does little to stop data blocking

Is it possible that interoperability is finally catching on? Despite the overwhelming amount of conversations around the topic there seems to be some movement, according to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology. Medicare RAC Audit Program Continues to be Hamstrung
