Ever since Nuesoft® was founded in 1993, our company has been driven by a singular principle: take complex operations and make them simpler. For modern doctors, few things are as complex as the rules and regulations governing reimbursements, and managing this complexity can mean the very real difference between getting paid and not getting paid
We are here to help. We are specialists at managing complexity and delivering simple, robust solutions backed by dependable, secure technology. Our clients can rely on a system that is powerful, easy to understand and constantly adapting to changes in both the industry and public policy.
Roots in parallel computing
Nuesoft was incubated at the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Advanced Technology Development Center. Here, our founder Massoud Alibakhsh pursued research focused on harnessing the power of parallel processing to simplify complex operations and reduce the cost of delivering mission critical business applications.
These remain the underlying principles of our technology. They are the roots that give shape the way we see health care and the type of company we are today.
We got our start in health care offering software systems to university health centers. These systems helped health centers control their scheduling, track student immunizations and understand their staffing needs in much more detail. By serving the large patient flows of university health centers, we learned that any medical practice can easily get bogged down in records, billing and paperwork, taking time away from patients.
Back then, our client server-based system was designed to help large university health centers manage their patient flow and work flow. However, we recognized that many smaller universities and medical practices did not have the resources or infrastructure that these systems required. In order to bring the possibilities of this powerful system to these smaller practice environments, we turned to the Internet which allowed us to flexibly scale and affordably deliver these solutions. In this way, we were able to begin addressing the business needs of smaller institutions and medical practices.
Helping doctors thrive
By using the Internet to bring cloud-based practice management applications to smaller medical practices, we realized that our system could have a real effect on the way health care is delivered and paid for in America. Our tools are designed to give doctors and their staffs greater understanding and control over their fiscal health so that they can spend more time seeing patients.
From our medical billing software to our electronic health records, our products absorb complication through automation, thus simplifying your practice so that you can produce clean, accurate and compliant documentation.
Taking the confusion out of billing
For many doctors, the most anxiety-inducing part of their job is managing their insurance payments. Insurance companies have an incentive to reduce or deny payments on claims. They actually rely on complexity to justify nonpayment which supports their business. This means that as billing gets more confusing, doctors see less and less revenue coming in.
We are an ally in getting your practice the money you deserve. We’ve been in the business for over twenty years and have learned how to deliver clean and accurate claims quickly so that insurance reimbursements show up faster. We incorporate changing billing practices, coding standards and credentialing requirements into an automated system. Doctors and their staffs no longer have to waste time and money upgrading their practice management software when our system is specifically designed to constantly incorporate these updates.
See Patients. Get Paid.
For doctors, office managers, medical billers and campus health centers, it’s as simple as that. We’ve placed the power of an Internet-based platform at your fingertips so that you can spend less time worrying about insurance reimbursements and more time seeing patients.
