Oh boy, I didn’t study for that one. The best feature of Nuesoft: making the appointment, looking at past appointment, looking for future appointments- much easier, much quicker, with a couple of key strokes. And being at an university with a shoestring budget, the cost. So the ease of use and the cost are the two things that I think are the best.
Data analysis, much quicker. I can run things myself or have my graduate assistant run them. We can sort things by diagnosis, by month, by different dates, different transactions, different providers- much, much easier.
They’ve been intimate with my computer. You give them the permission; and they go inside to see what’s wrong, what the problem is to help figure it out. They work with both me and our IT department. Our front desk staff, you know. So the client service has been very good.
I’d probably give it a 95%, which as I tell all my patients, 95% chance that it’s going to take are of it, that’s an ‘A’. You’d take that grade in any class because we’re just pushing towards perfection.
