Mary: The Nuesoft software plays a big role in our day-to-day process. It basically organizes our office day-to-day.

Veronica: I usually work from 8:30 to 5pm. I schedule appointments, verify the insurance,  I use every little detail, I love the colors.

Mary: With the colors that you guys provide us with, we are actually able to put what reason the patient is coming in. So we can look just look at the screen and know this particular patient is here for skin allergy versus the other color that's here for sinus. And we're able to see that just by looking at it, we don't have to click on anything.

Veronica: You search for the patient, you can search for the date of birth, the last name, the first name. You don't even have to put the full name, you just put a few letters and you have a whole bunch of patients show up. And then just choose whoever you want.

Ardella: The importance of having a system that's cloud based is that we don't have to worry about the hassles here in the office. We have more time for patient care instead of having to worry about whether or not our systems are updated- makes it easier.

Mary: For example, our doctors who do surgeries in the morning- they may be home in the afternoons or may be at a hospital in the afternoon, they can actually access it from anywhere to see which patients- what information they need from the patient as far as insurance, patient's age, a phone number, an emergency contact. That's accessible to anybody in the company from anywhere and that's great.

Mary:  I've used Nuesoft for about two years now. I've never actually had to contact support. Your system is so good we've never had to contact you for technology issues.
